Coordinating a business lunch can be a difficult affair when you keep kosher, especially with high-end clientele. Since I had a great experience celebrating my birthday at Reserve Cut, I decided to give them a go for a business lunch I had last week.
The client I was meeting had a difficult time locating the restaurant partly due to the fact that the block is under heavy construction. Upon entering the building you then have to take the elevator to the second floor. However, the décor and atmosphere created a great sense of enjoyment.
It’s key to have several go to business restaurants for clients in your back pocket. And I’m happy to say that Reserve Cut has now become one of those places for me. And I would highly recommend it for you as well.
We ordered the Wagu Beef Sliders and Lamb Merguez appetizers. Both were incredibly delicious and mouth watering. For our entrees I got the RC Steak Sandwich and my client got the Smoked Short Rib Sandwich. For dessert we each got the chocolate truffle cake.
